Hello, I am Guy

Caribbean food always bring back memories of my Kingstonian childhood. I can remember Easter time, with our hard dough buns, from Valentine's or Powell's bakery, so moist and full of flavour. Christmas was a time for plenty of Sorrell, Cock- chicken, home made Corned beef, and rich fruit Cake, how could I forget the delicious Rice And Peas, Chicken, or Snapper. Breakfast dishes of Bammies, Ackee & Salt Fish, fried dumplings and fritters, Calaloo green Banana and liver. Makes the mouth water.
