Tamarind Balls

This is a confection that is sweet and sour to taste, eaten as a sweet.

1/2 cup Tamarind Pulp
1 cup Granulated Sugar

The tamarind flesh is removed from the seeds, either by scraping with a knife,
or rubbing the seeds and sugar against the sides of the bowl with a wooden spoon.

Mix the tamarind flesh with the sugar, and roll into a smooth
ball, about 3/4 inch in diameter. Roll the ball in granulated sugar, and
